  1. Status before you load

    • Open the Status page first. RED means wait. Do not load until the label shows GREEN.
    • League patches and Vanguard updates can change which build loads. The label reflects the current listing, not a forecast for the next patch.

  2. Requirements and Cloud DMA

    • Match the product requirements: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), League in windowed mode, and HVCI, Core Isolation, TPM, and Secure Boot left on.
    • Cloud DMA is a separate purchase and is required for full functionality. Budget for it before you open a ticket about missing overlay features.

  3. Loader and menu issues

    • If the label is RED, wait for an update. If it is GREEN, restart League once, run the loader from your delivery email only, and open the menu with the key from that note (Insert unless the note says otherwise).
    • If one clean retry on GREEN still fails, contact support with your order id, Windows version, and a short description of what happens.

  4. Delivery and refunds

    • Delivery is digital to your checkout email. A missing key or a long RED window during your license may qualify under the Refunds page. Include your order id when you write in.

The loader will not open. What should I try first?

Confirm the Status label is GREEN, run League in windowed mode, and use only the loader from your order email. If the label is RED, wait. If it is GREEN and one retry still fails, send your order id.

The menu worked once and then stopped.

Do not spam relaunch. Close League, check the Status page again, and try one clean load. If it still fails on GREEN, contact support with your order id.
